THE SAVED
The part of the church of Jesus
Christ that stands in a truly saved position
realize some of the following demands of God. This bible study shows
that
some of the things that God says in the bible are commands, not suggestions.
Keep in mind that God loves you and only wants the best for you. In order
for
this to happen we must have a relationship with Him, and then He changes us.
We can not be and do without His grace.
CONDITION AND BENEFITS OF THE ETERNALLY SAVED
CONDITION
1. Holy
Heb 3:1 holy
brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling
2. Without Blame
2 Pe 3:14 be
diligent that ye may be found of him in peace,
without spot and blameless
Ja 1:27
pure undefiled religion is to keep oneself unspotted
from the world
3. Undefiled
Rev 3:4 a
few names even in Sardis, which have not defiled
their garments and they shall
walk with me in white, for
they are worthy
(Note:
I must say here that one is to come as they are. It is the
Lord's job to clean us up and make us holy;
but he needs
a willing heart. Without a willing heart, one remains in a
state
of rebellion.)
4.
Over comers
1 Jn 5:4
that is born of God overcometh the world
Mt 24:13 he
that shall endure unto the end shall be saved
Rev 3:21 To
him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in
my throne, even as I also
overcame, and am set down with
my Father in his throne.
Rev 2:7
to him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of
life, which is in the midst
of the paradise of God
Rev 2:11 He
that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second
death.
Rev 2:17 To
him that overcometh will I give to eat of the
hidden manna, and will give
him a white stone, and in the
stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving
he that receiveth it.
Rev 2:26 he
that overcometh and keepeth my works unto the
end, to him will I give power
over the nations.
Rev 3:5
He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in
white raiment, and I will not
blot out his name out of the
book of life, but will confess his name before
my father
and his holy \angels
Rev 21:7 he
that overcometh shall inherit all things, and I will
be his God, and he shall be
my son
(Note: We are not sons at the cross.)

REQUIREMENTS
FOR SALVATION
STUDYING FOR
THE TEST
The following are real, but they are easy. Don't worry about the state
you're in, it doesn't
matter. Don't try to be a better person, for in us is no good thing.
Come as you are, don't
change a thing; but come and stay. I'm not saying join a church, but I am
saying continue in the Bible. When you were a child, you didn't like the
same things you do now. So it is with the requirements. As one grows
up in Christ, their likes and dislikes change. The things you are worried
about giving up, they will be like the cartoons you liked as a child.
Don't give up on anything you don't want to. When you want to, just do it.
Most pastors today don't explain the following. They would rather scratch
itching ears than tell the them what they don't want to hear. That is why
it is so imperative that you study the Bible on your own. That is a must.
If you get out and end up back in something, don't worry; babies fall many times
before they can walk on their own. Have the beer and cigarette while you
read the Bible, just read it.
Hearing with ears that hear
( Mt: 11 15)
comes by the word (Rom
10:17).
Faith comes from hearing (Rom 10:17).
(see EARS THAT HEAR)
There are 6 other fruits one gains, besides faith, from ears that hear. As
these fruit grow, giving to others one's time and finances becomes easy.
Some try and after failing their own standards, they give up and quit.
These are the ones that never get to the eternal part of salvation or the
eternal part of life. It is sad but these are the lost sheep that don't
know they're lost. These break my heart, they are my brothers and sisters.
I am even one of them at times, my road is up and down in an upward direction.
Jn 10:27-29
My sheep
hear my
voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
And I give unto them
eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck
them out of my hand.
My
Father, which gave them me
Jn 6:45 they shall be
all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath
learned of
the Father,
cometh unto me.
A. Repentance

mouth, the Lord Jesus, and believe in
our heart that God raised
him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
Phil 2:9-11 the father gave
Jesus a name that every tongue should
confess him as Lord
(Note: This doesn’t say confess him as savior.)
Jn 12:42 many chief rulers
believed, but wouldn't confess it. They
loved the praise of men more than praise of
God and feared being
put out of the synagogue by the men.

brethren are those who hear and do the
word of God

Christ, if we keep his word
Heb 5:9 salvation to them that
obey him
Mt 19:17 if thou will enter
into life, keep the commandments

good works that ye be not unfruitful

of me

him, he appears the second time unto
salvation

to escape those things that shall
come to pass
(Tribulation by the rapture)

Sin

shall we that are dead to sin (repentance)
live any
longer therein

are not under the law but under grace

Shall we sin because we are under grace and not the law?

(Note: We serve God but eternal life is a gift
because even our
service couldn't save us.)

establish
it.
Rom
:20 by the law is the knowledge of sin

staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but
was strong in
Faith, giving glory to God
Rom 4:21 Being fully persuaded
that God was able to perform what he
had promised
(Note: Abraham’s faith was imputed to him for righteousness, but he still
wouldn't have received the promise if he hadn't done his work - plant the
seed in Sarah. Also, it was when Abraham was about to sacrifice his
only son, Isaac, on the alter for God, that God saw Abraham's faith and
obedience. Here it was that God said that he knew Abraham loved Him
and love fulfills the law.)
Ja 2:17 Faith, without works, is dead, being alone
Ja 2:21 Abraham was justified by works, when he offered Isaac
