TRUE SALVATION
Who's going to heaven and who isn't? I don't know, that's God's
decision; but I do know that the way to get
there is seldom taught today. If you are faithfully seeking the truth; and
most aren't, then put aside for now what
you've been taught. I'm not asking you to forsake those things for my
point of view; but to take a close and honest
look at what is found here. I have not liked many of them, but in an
honest search for truth, I couldn't deny them
either. Let God be true and every man a liar Rom 3:4 because until we are
like him (1 Jn 3:2), no man can know
all truth. Therefore, one can rely on what no man says. One can't
know which parts of his understanding are right
and which are wrong. With this in mind, I ask you again to search for
truth with an honest and open heart. It is God
who will show you truth, not me. If what I speak is truth, God will reveal
it; if not, you can keep your previous beliefs.
May our Lord and His Spirit guide and teach you as you seek
Him and His truth.
This site speaks the meat of the word,
going beyond the milk. It speaks every word that proceeds out of the mouth of
God, not just the bread. Study His word and you will gain an incredible relationship with
Him. You will be strengthened
to a level beyond any expectation you have ever had and God will cease to be this
mighty, awesome being somewhere in the heavens, and become a very personal and present friend.
In the following pages you will find answers to
many questions, proof of the Bible being God’s word and how it is meant to work for you. There is one
God and He is a God of order. He did not leave us here to run the course of
life without a plan. God loved you enough to send his only
son to be a sacrifice for you, but God will not force
himself on you. The main thing I stress is that you make a decision to find truth
rather than follow some preconceived opinions. That search must be done
according to what God said, not some man.
The food of God is like
the food of the body. The milk and bread are easy to swallow, the
meat takes chewing, and if it isn’t chewed well, it is very hard to get
down. You may have to take small bites and chew them. You may have to have a
little bread or milk with the meat to make it more palatable. The bread is the
Christ. That’s easy to chew. The milk is the doctrines of baptisms, laying on
of hands, etc. which also goes down easily. The meat is the “every
word of God” part of his word. This part is not usually taught. I hope with all
my heart that many pastors will get into this message and change their
preaching because it would reach more people who need to hear it. May God bless and
reveal his word to you as you continue through this message. I emphasize
here not to take my word, or any man's word; but get into the word of God and
find out what He says.
